Wendy DesChene’s art began as a personal exploration of 'cute'. It has grown and changed meanings because audeiences have donated materials from their lives. Large scale bright watercolors are adorned with stuffed animals, toys, and other playful objects. At each location, audiences are called to donate materials from their lives and add to the exhibit.
