Billing Details
Set-Up Fee is a non-refundable deposit paid in full to the Gopher Express two weeks prior to the event date.
Product Cost and Hourly Rate are fees assessed after the event. Hourly rate includes duration of product distribution plus one hour for set-up and take-down.
Event Sponsor will be billed for the Product Cost and Hourly Rate within one week of the event. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Additional Details
The Gopher Express is unable to sell popcorn or ice cream novelties to attendees; it will only be distributed free of charge. If the event sponsor expects reimbursement for these items, it is their responsibility to collect payment from attendees.

To assure availability, you will need to contact us at least two weeks prior to the date of your event with all of the above information.
Payment of the non-refundable set-up fee will be due two weeks prior the date of your event.
