UMAA members are eligible for a 10% discount off of the University Guest rate on room rental fees only with a valid U-card and/or UMAA ID. This discount is limited to personal and private events only (e.g. wedding receptions, graduation parties, birthday parties, etc)
Please note: University guests must purchase special event insurance coverage from the University of Minnesota or provide a $1,000,000 commercial general liability certificate of insurance that names the Regents of the University of Minnesota as additional insured. Please contact the Events and Conferences office for the cost of special events insurance coverage.
Certain events may require the use of our event staff at the rates listed below. All staff costs are assessed for a minimum of 4 hours, except where otherwise noted. Please contact (612) 625-7200 if you have a question regarding our staff policies.
