Please note that all of the tech equipment listed on this page is not available in every space. Please refer to the "Features" section on our individual reservable space web pages, and contact our AV staff for further details.
For the technical specifications of our larger venues, see the bottom of this page. Requests for audio/visual services must be made 10 business days prior to the event date. We may not be able to accommodate late requests and/or they may result in additional charges.
Audio/Video Packages
The standard A/V packages listed below are the most cost effective way to meet the tech needs for most events.

| Lecture Sound System |
| Basic sound system designed for voice amplification. System includes microphones, amplifiers, and speakers. |
| Concert Sound System* |
| Advanced sound system designed to amplify musical performances and more complicated events. System includes microphones, amplifiers, speakers, mixers, and monitors. *SUA technician required |
| Movie Projection System* |
| Audio/visual system designed for showing movies and/or computer presentations with sound. System includes projector, screen, amplifiers and speakers. This system is capable of showing VHS, DVD, and computer presentations. Please note this system does not include laptop rental. *SUA technician required |

| Includes data projector, podium, and lecture sound system. |
A/V Equipment

- Data Projector - For computer presentations that do not require sound amplification. Laptops are not included.
- TV/VCR/DVD Combo Unit (CMU) - 27" Television with built in DVD and VCR players
- TV/VCR (SPSC) - Television with VCR on an AV cart
- Overhead Projector
- Slide Projector (35mm)
- Document Camera (CMU) - The document cameras consist of a small video camera mounted on a stand to display documents or objects placed below. The document camera needs to be connected to a data projector to display the image.
- Conference Call Unit - A speaker phone suitable for 5-10 people in a small conference room.
- Telephone - Makes an outside phone line available in your conference room
- AV Cart - Cart utilized to hold AV equipment, which can be provided if you prefer to provide your own AV equipment
- Piano - Pianos are available in all of our spaces. Please call for details.
- 6' Screen - Recommended for those that prefer a larger screen than what is provided in the conference rooms
- Wireless Microphone - Handheld or lavaliere variety. Please inquire about availability.
- Stereo Cart - This system is great for background music during your event. System includes speakers, CD and cassette players.
