- The theater has been host to movies, film festivals, speakers, debates, and concerts including celebrity guests such as Scarlett Johansson, Martin Luther King, III, and Candace Bushnell, writer from "Sex and the City."
- Films are selected by the student-run programming board of Student Unions & Activities.
- Film attendance averages over 2,000 per week, totaling over 27,000 per semester.
- During the 2003 Coffman renovation, the Theater was expanded from 259 to 402 seats and the roof of the Theater was raised 10 feet to allow for unobstructed views and a larger screen.
