Phew. We spent all summer planning and toiling for the return of students, and they have returned - with a vengance! So long empty busses, so long calm corridors, so long sleepy Northrop Mall. Students are back in town and they are ready to rock and we are ready to put on some serious rock shows down here at the Whole Music Club.
First things first, let's talk Funk at the Fred. Yes, it's free. Yes, there will be a ton of people there. Yes, RadioK will be playing the sweet jamz out front. Yes, Mesa Pizza will be serving hungry people free pizza. Inside, check out Mel Gibson and the Pants, Ghost

So make our job a little easier and tell us who you want to see. Stop by, ...
4/28/2009NOMO NOMO NOMO NOMO
Nomo. Maybe a name you haven't heard of before. But a band that we at the Whole totally adore.

Well, their MySpace page lists the following influences: Can, Sun Ra, Fela Kuti, Moondog, Brian Eno, Funkadelic, Miles Davis, Steve Reich, Harry Partch
