These are photos of the bands and our volunteers in Halloween costumes for the STNNNG show.

that's right... the Whole show this weekend was filled with some real ghouls and bizarre babies. needless to say, we had a great time. the seawhores were a crowd-pleaser, FT(the shadow government) rocked us with their fry pan drum set and presidential masks, and the STNNNG featured a nun for a lead singer, a milkman, eddie from the Munsters, a pro-wrestler, and a talking mime. good stuff. keep an eye out for the pictures... they'll be up REAL soon!

Halloween's right around the corner, and we thought we'd bring in STNNNG to do some scaring. People ask me why I think that they are scary, and the best way I can explain it is that they are scary in a similar way that the Butthole Surfers were scary. The B-HSurfers a shade of what they were, but listen to this totally creepy live disk on their website. The songs are almost as disturbing as the cover art. Like in a way that you really don't want to mess with somebody who appears imbalanced and dosed out of their gourd. That said, the guys in STNNNG are actually pretty mild-mannered compared to the psycho-texan Surfers. We...

Perhaps to be overshadowed by their recent win as the City Pages "Picked to Click", the STNNNG web site wins the Most Innovative Pineapple Upside Down Cake Award.
