Come down to the Whole tonight to witness yet another night of local jazz all-stars. The Spirit of Chanhassen takes it's place in an active young Minneapolis jazz scene that continues to push the edges of music. The Spirit of Chanhassen is Chris Morrissey, bass and he also writes the music. He plays with Bill-Mike, Haley Bonar, and Mason Jennings. Adrian Suarez plays drums and is also in Vicious Vicious, and Haley Bonar. Park Evans plays guitar and also plays and composes in the band Impossible Party. Chris Thomson plays saxophone and also plays with Yawo. Say what you want about the style, just don't ever say fusion.
