3/10/2006Holy Freakin' Awesome
For those that made it to last night's show, there are no words to adequately describe the Books, Death Vessel and Dosh doing their thing (other than "holy freakin' awesome"). If you got a chance to talk to any of those guys during the night, they're the nicest people in the world. And amazingly talented. Nick and Paul from the Books were also ecstatic to win some free Onion swag. Nick later confided in me that he has never won anything in his life, and was proud to leave the Whole with a sweet Onion pint glass. Awesome.
3/7/2006The Books tickets are Sold Out
Hey folks, tickets are almost sold out for the Books show this Thursday, March 9th. They are available for sale at the Coffman Info Desk until Noon on Thursday, or until we sell out (whichever happens first). If you don't get your tickets soon, don't complain to me when you can't get into the show!
****UPDATE 3/8/2006 3:35pm**** Tickets are now sold out for The Books show tommorrow night. There will not be additional ticket sales at the door.
2/21/2006The Books! The Books! The Books are on Fire!
Just as an FYI: The Books, Death Vessel, and Dosh are going to be here on March 10th. This is show is probably going to sell out, which is why we are offering advanced tickets at the Coffman Info Desk. They are on sale now, so stop by and pick a couple up. It's an 18+ show, and the tickets are $5 for UofM students and $7 for everybody else.
