Mark your calendars: This Friday, March 7, nerdxcore rapper favorite mc chris will be visiting our humble venue to rock us with his oh-so-geeky rhymes. If you're not familiar with this guy, do yourself a favor and check out his MySpace right here. Also, there are TONS of YouTube videos created for mc by his adoring fans (My favorite happens to be his rant on Resident Evil IV. You may recognize his voice from a few Adult Swim shows (most notably, Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Sealab 2021).
Joining the mc will be local amazing-super-awesome-group, Dance Band. Their name does not lie; you'll find yourself grooving to their unique blend of disco, electronica, and rock from the first beat. MySpace time!
Last but not least, starting off the night will be the band with the longest name. The Men Who Control the Weather will kick off the music with their sweet pop-punk-dance-rock. Here's a sample of their music.
Doors will open at 7:30, with show starting at 8:00. Just bring $5 (if you're a student with U-Card) or $7 (if you're a stranger to our campus), to get in. Also, make sure you've been alive for at least 18 years (apologies to your little brother and sister; they'll have to stay at home).

Super Sweet! mc chris FTW. Last time he was here his music wasn't...He said he was gonna do somthin special for us this time around to make up for his lack of songs last time. So cross your fingers for an awsome show! See all of you there.
